SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with The Within Multiverse. We carefully prepare and package every order and want your experience with us to be as smooth and magical as possible.
UK SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to introduce this in the future.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after your order has been confirmed.
As many Mysteries Within orders are individually selected, packed and prepared as part of the mystery experience, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods, launches, limited-edition releases or special events.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
UK DELIVERY & POSTAGE
Standard UK delivery is currently £4.99.
Free standard UK delivery is available on orders of £50 or more, subject to any applicable promotional terms.
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal or courier delays.
Orders may be sent using Royal Mail, Evri or another suitable UK delivery service depending on the size, weight and contents of your parcel.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has begun processing or has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage charges may apply if you would like the order to be sent again.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our direct control. Occasionally, parcels may experience delays while in the hands of the postal or courier service.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us so that we can help investigate the delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and damaged item(s) where possible. This will help us investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
MYSTERY PRODUCTS & SHIPPING
Because Mysteries Within products contain a changing selection of mystery items, the size, weight and contents of parcels may vary between orders.
We will select an appropriate available delivery service based on the parcel and its contents.
Certain products may be subject to postal or courier restrictions. Where necessary, we may use an alternative suitable delivery service or contact you if a shipping restriction affects your order.
The contents of mystery products will always remain subject to the relevant product description and availability.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only and do not currently offer international delivery.
We hope to introduce international shipping in the future. Before doing so, we will review applicable postal and courier restrictions, customs requirements and product-specific shipping rules to determine which products and destinations we can safely and legally offer.
Any future international delivery destinations, charges and applicable terms will be displayed on our website or at checkout when international shipping becomes available.
